Kiosk & BBQ BAR
BRAAI WESTERPARK – Finally a place to eat proper barbecue all year round. In the summer there’s plenty of space on our large sunny terrace. In the winter you can warm up in our cosy and intimate inside seating area. Our friendly staff will take your order and your buzzer will let you know as soon as your food is coming off the grill. You can also have most of our menu items delivered to the comfort of your home. We serve alcohol and we do take reservations.

BRAAI VONDELPARK –This is where the adventure began in 2015. With a small cabin on Schinkelhavenkade, a relaxing terrace alongside the water and right opposite the lower Vondelpark. In the summer it’s really nice to enjoy a bite on our beautiful terrace. In the winter we focus on deliveries and take aways as we don’t have tables inside. Our shaded terrace is open from March until October. Please note that we are not allowed to serve alcohol here and don’t take reservations.

An excellent and original South African food. Even salmon tastes slightly different. Be aware that the portions are pretty big :-). The restaurant is very conveniently located, just outside of the Westerpark but only 150m from het Ketelhuis.

The meat is very good quality, the ribs are amazing! The place is lovely, quiet and cozy, and the service and attention are also above standards. It was my first time but I will come back for sure.
